Terms Of Service:

By logging into our Minecraft server (hereafter referred to as Kingdoms United or “the server”) or any affiliated web or social media sites, you agree to abide by all rules and conditions and to follow directions from staff members in addition to the terms below:

Contributions:

Kingdoms United is in compliance with the Mojang EULA and monetisation policies. Contributions to Kingdoms United do not confer any special privileges, or status for those who contributed and does not result in any additional authority or power. By contributing to the server you agree to be of legal age, and/or have consent from a parent or caregiver to make said contribution. Additionally, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (ToS). Any violation of the ToS or Kingdoms United rules may result in loss of access to the server. Your information will not be sold or distributed to entities outside of the Kingdoms United staff team. Contributions are non-refundable. All contributions will be used for the upkeep of the server, paying our staff team, and used to re-invent into the server.

Termination and Suspension of Access

Players found violating the Terms of Service or Kingdoms United Rules may find their accounts or IP addresses restricted or eliminated from the Kingdoms United Minecraft server and related websites. This includes, but is not limited to, kingdomsunited.craftingstore.net, or our server. In addition, staff retain the right to kick you, ban you, or block your access to the server or any other affiliated websites or services for any other reason, without explanation or warning.

General

You agree to hold harmless Kingdoms United staff, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, all other persons acting under Kingdoms United’s or staff’s authority or those for whom they are acting, from any liability resulting from the breaking of our rules. You agree that these terms are binding upon you and your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, in perpetuity. You also agree that you are of legal age to give consent to abide by these agreements or have the consent of a legal caregiver to access Kingdoms United.
